Preparación
- Dice the fish in cubes and place it in a glass or ceramic container. Pour enough lemon juice to cover the fish and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until the fish turns white.
- Remove the fish from the refrigerator and place in a strainer to remove the liquid.
- Finely chop onion, cucumber, coriander and jalapeño (optional) and mix into the fish. Season with salt to taste.
- Drizzle olive oil and a bit more fresh lemon juice, mix well. Serve with "tostadas" (hardshell corn tortillas).
