Preparación
- Boil water in a pot and steam the spinach until soft. Use a kitchen towel to squeeze out the spinach's excess liquid and chop.
- Place the minced turkey in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, 1 chopped garlic clove (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) and chopped spinach. Mix well and add breadcrumbs for consistency. Mix well and form patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and place the patty. Turn to cook on both sides and check that the center is well cooked before removing from heat.
- Heat the bread to form burgers with your patties. Add avocado.
