Preparación
- Wash and leave soaking the chickpeas overnight. Drain the soaking water and place the chickpeas in a pot, then cover the chickpeas completely with fresh water. Cook for 1 hour or until chickpeas are soft. If you use an express pot, cooking is much faster. ***You can use canned chickpeas, just rinse them to remove excess sodium.
- Finely chop the garlic clove and the coloured pepper into thin strips.
- Place the fish fillet on foil and the indicated portion of butter on top of the fish. Place the garlic and pepper on top and fold the foil so that everything is completely covered.
- Place foil in a frying pan and add 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 30 minutes, until the fish is cooked and the pepper is soft.
- Serve fish accompanied by vegetables and chickpeas.
