Preparación
- Wash and disinfect the broccoli and cauliflower and steam until its consistency is soft
- For the quinoa, wash and cook 1 cup of quinoa in a cooking pot with 2 cups of water. When the water is boiling, add the quinoa and let it cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Wash and peel the sweet potato and steam for 20 minutes or until done. Then mash it well.
- When everything's ready, add in small pieces the broccoli and cauliflower and the quinoa. Mix all well and form the patties
- Add olive oil to a pan and cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side or until brown.
- Offer to your baby!
