Preparación
- In a hot pot, add the olive oil and 1/2 cup of rice. Mix constantly for 2 minutes, then add 1/2 of boiling water and 1/2 cup of cold water. Let it boil until the water has evaporated enough to see the rice. In that moment, cover the pot and lower te fire. Remove from fire when all the water has evaporated.
- Chop the tomato in small pieces and mix with the rice.
- Cook the egg in water for 7-8 minutes. When done, take the shell off and cut it in small pieces.
- Add the egg to the rice and serve.
