Preparación
- Wash and thoroughly rinse the quinoa grain, then place it in a cooking pot and heat for 2 minutes (at medium heat), stirring the grains constantly.
- For each unit of quinoa, add 1 unit of hot water followed by 1 unit of cold water. In total you should have 2 units of water for 1 unit of quinoa. The water will fully cover the quinoa. Cook at high heat for 20 minutes, until the quinoa grain is soft. If it isn´t, add more water and continue cooking while checking constantly.
- While the quinoa is cooking wash and peel the zucchini. Dice it and steam it for 10-15 minutes, until soft.
- Cook the minced turkey breast in a skillet with a bit or water for 15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
- Process the turkey, quinoa and zucchini until you obtain the consistency you baby is eating.
- Serve warm.
