Preparación
- Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes, until soft. Then crush it until you get a puree. Squeeze to remove excess water, using a strainer or plug.
- At the same time peel the potato and place it in a pot with boiling water. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until soft. Use a potato crusher to form a puree and mix it with the cauliflower puree.
- Pour the olive oil over the puree and mix well. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Cook the fish in a steamer for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steak. Place a sprig of rosemary in the water so that the fish is impregnated. Make sure all the fish is touching the bottom of the steamer and flip the fish in half so that it cooks evenly.
- Serve a bed of mashed potatoes and fish fillet on top.
