Preparación
- Process or blend the raw oats into a fine flour.
- Mash the banana in a bowl and add the oat flour, flaxseed and a teaspoon of cinnamon (this last is optional). Gradually add milk until you have a semi-liquid consistency
- Add avocado oil to a hot pan and with a ladle, pour the mixture. Once bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook on the other side until lightly golden.
- Serve and decorate with a few pieces of banana.
