Preparación
- Peel the shrimp, remove the tail and unravel. You can leave the shrimp whole or break it into smaller pieces. If you didn't buy the ground fish, cut it into small cubes and make sure it doesn't have thorns.
- Squeeze lemon until you get 1/2 cup and pour it over the fish and shrimp, so that it is covered (if needed, add more lemon). Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
