Ingredientes

Preparación
- Mix the ground beef in a bowl with the egg white and a little salt.
- Form balls with the res ground, about the size of a ping-pong ball
- Place a leaf of peppermint in the center of each meatball.
- Soak the chipotles in a little hot water for 5 minutes and grind them together with the tomatoes in the blender.
- In a frying pan, chopped onion in a little olive oil until it becomes transparent.
- Add the ground tomato, once it lets go of the boil add the meatballs and chayote. Season to taste, then lower the heat and cover the pot.
- Let cook for 15 minutes, add the chopped pumpkin and cook for 5 or 10 minutes more until cooked.
