Ingredientes

Preparación
- In a glass jar add the ingredients step by step: first the oats, then the milk, the yogurt, the vanilla, the chia, the coconut and finally the blackberries.
- Mix and leave to rest overnight in the refrigerator (during the night the oats will absorb the liquid making it soft)
- The next day, remove it from the fridge, open it, stir with a spoon and enjoy.
