Preparación
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. when it reaches the temperature, pour oil into the pan. Add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic and bay leaves.
 - Sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes, or until soft and fragrant.
 - Add the minced meat to the pan with salt, pepper and cumin. Mix it, separating the meat, and stir often until browned.
 - Add the olives at the end.
 - For rice: take a cup of brown rice and place it in a pot, add two cups of water at room temperature, add salt and bring to medium heat, when the water boils add the grass and cover the rice, calculate about 25-30 minutes and check until your rice is cooked.
 - Serve the minced meat and accompany with rice.
