Preparación
- Cook the minced turkey breast in a skillet with olive oil for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Leave in the skillet with the heat turned off.
- Boil tomato and onion for 15 minutes. Reserve 1/2 a cup of cooking water and draning the rest. Blend the water, tomato and onion.
- Add the tomato sauce to the skillet with the minced turkey. Simmer at medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a pot with water for 15 minutes or follow the package instructions. Mix into the tomato sauce.
- Wash the cauliflower and chop into small florets. Steam for 10-15 minutes until soft. Add to the tomato sauce or serve on the side.
- Chop the avocado into small cubes.
- Serve the pasta in a bowl and chop into smaller pieces if necessary. Add the chopped avocado on top or as a side.
