Preparación
- Wash the potato and carrot.
- Put water in a pot and let it boil, then add the potato and carrot. Let it cook for about 25 minutes.
- When done, dice the carrot and potato.
- Take the oats and liquefy to flour.
- In a bowl, add the carrot, potato, oats flour and egg, mix well. Then make the patties with your hands. (You can add fresh and rinsed parsley to the mixture)
- Add olive oil to the pan and put the patties to cook from both sides.
- Offer it to your baby, or you can cut it in pieces and offer it that way.
