Preparación
- Place the potato in a pot with boiling water and cook for 15 minutes or until soft. Drain the water and divide it into small pieces.
- Drain the chickpeas.
- Divide the broccoli into small florets and the pepper into cubes or strips (remove the seeds first). Steam the vegetables for 8 minutes or as long as they like.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and stir well.
- In a deep dish, place the potatoes, chickpeas and vegetables. Then drain the tuna and add it to the dish. Finally, pour on top the sauce you prepared earlier and mix well.
