Preparación

  1. Bring to a boil a pot with water and a little salt (to taste). Once boiling, put the peeled shrimp in the water (if you bought them in shell, you can peel them after cooking) and wait for it to boil again. Remove shrimp 1 minute after this happens.
  2. In a glass, add the lettuce sliced into squares. In the center put a mixture of mayonnaise with ketchup to taste, until you get the flavor you want (approx, for 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1/2 of ketchup)
  3. Add the sliced surimi on top and place the shrimp on the edge of the cup
  4. Serve with salma tostadas to accompany.
