Preparación
- Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds, then chop into small cubes.
- Mix the cucumber with the cream cheese and ricotta cheese. Season with dried basil (1/2 teaspoon approximately).
- Form balls with the previous mixture and wrap them with strips of smoked salmon.
- Cut the bread into diagonal slices, then toast them at the end of your preference.
- Cut the lettuce into strips and place it on a plate. Add the salmon rolls on top of the lettuce and season with a little lemon. Go with the toast.
