Preparación
- Place the textured soy in a glass container and add the same amount of water as you put soy. Soak for 15 minutes.
- Boil the tomato, onion and 1 clove of garlic in enough water to cover the ingredients completely. When the skin of the tomato begins to peel, blend all the ingredients together with 1 cup of water where you cooked the vegetables.
