Preparación
- Place the olive oil in a frying pan and wait for it to heat up.
- Cut 1/4 of onion into thin strips and 1 tree chili into slices. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Chop the meat into strips and place it in a pan along with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook to the term you prefer the meat.
- Serve the meat with rice.
- RICE: Place in a pot half of the portion of rice indicated in the recipe (for example, if the recipe says 1 cup cooked rice, add 1/2 cup raw rice) as the rice doubles in size when cooked. Heat the rice for 1 minute, then add twice as much water as you served rice.
