Preparación
- Cut the zucchini in half and remove a little from the inside. Place it on a griddle or hot pan and cook for 8 minutes on each side.
- Finely chop the onion and pepper.
- Place olive oil in a hot pan and add the chopped vegetables. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the drained tuna.
- Fill the zucchini with the stewed tuna.
- If you want the pumpkin to be softer, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
