Preparación
- Mince the chicken in a food processor or you can buy it previously minced.
- Cut the tomatos and avocado in small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken and tomatoes. Then add carefully the avocado until you get a uniform dough.
- Cover it and let it cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Take the dough and make small balls and then crush a little to get the patty form. Cook it un a pan with a little bit of olive oil or water. Cook both sides.
- Offer it in pieces.
