Preparación
- Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water according to the package instructions.
- Wash and boil the tomato, onion, and 1 clove of garlic in boiling water. Blend everything together with a little of the cooking water.
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces.
- In a skillet, sauté the pasta with oil and finely chopped garlic, then add the cream. Cook for 5 minutes while mixing and then turn off the heat.
- In another skillet, lightly brown the rice with a little olive oil. Add the tomato sauce along with some water and the broccoli. Cover and cook until the rice is tender, then turn off the heat.
- Serve the rice and pasta separately, garnished with a little chopped green onion.
