Preparación
- Cook chicken in a pot with boiling water (medium-high heat) for 15 minutes or until well cooked inside. Drain the water and crush the chicken using two forks.
- Prepare guacamole by crushing the avocado pulp with a fork, season with lemon, garlic and powdered onion. Then add the shredded chicken and mix well.
