Preparación
- On a cooking pot, cook the chicken breast in water. The shred it using two forks.
- Add to the blender the tomato, onion, garlic and 1/4 cup of water. Blend it well and add it to a hot pan with the olive oil. Cook for 5-10 minutes and then add the shredded chicken. Leave for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken in tacos on a warm tortilla. Optional, you can use the cheese as a topping.
