Preparación
- Break the onion into thin strips. Heat the olive oil in a pot and place the onion and the whole clove of garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place the whole fish fillet in the pot and then add 2 cups of water.
- Chop the mushroom into slices and add to the pot. Season with a pinch of salt and cover.
- After 10 minutes of cooking, add the noodles and a branch of dill. Continue cooking until the fish and noodles are well cooked.
- Stir the whole garlic and serve the soup on a plate. Decorate with a little dill.
