Preparación
- Preheat the oven to 390º F
- Cut the potato in wedges. In a cooking tray, add the oil and the potato wedges. Bake for 20 minutes, turning them over on minute 10.
- While the potatoes are in the oven, beat the egg and put the breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) on a flat plate.
- Cut the fish fillet in strips. Dip the strips on the beaten egg and then on the breadcrumbs. Put these on a cooking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until they're brown.
- Steam the green peas. You can mash them a little or serve as is (depends on your baby).
- Serve the potatoes, fish and peas. Enjoy!
