Preparación
- Mix the olive oil with a little mustard and pepper and spread the mixture over the fish.
- Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Place the fish and broccoli on aluminum foil and close it, forming a bag. Bake for 20 minutes or cook on a griddle, until the fish and broccoli are cooked
- Cook the lentils (previously soaked) in a pot with water, a clove of garlic and a few slices of onion. Season to taste.
- Serve the fish with the broccoli and accompany with the lentils in broth, brown rice and avocado.
