Ingredientes

Preparación
- For jam, place the blueberries in a small pot with 2 tablespoons of water (if the blueberries are frozen, add less water). Add a few drops of lemon juice. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the blueberries are softened and crush with a fork. Place the jam in the refrigerator.
- Stir the egg, add the milk, vanilla and cinnamon to taste. Mix.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Take the bread and place it inside the egg mixture, then flip the bread. Remove the bread from the mixture, let it drain a little and place it on the pan. When it's golden, turn it over and cook on the other side.
- Serve the French toast on a plate and add the peanut cream, ricotta cheese and jam. If you wish you can add a little sugar-free maple syrup.
