Preparación
- Place the Chinese noodles or angel hair paste in a strainer and rinse well with water. All the excess water drains. The less water, the better the texture.
- Cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the chicken for a few minutes on each side until well cooked inside.
- Add the previously washed and chopped noodles and vegetables and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- For the sauce mix two tablespoons of rice vinegar and a tablespoon of soy sauce (preferably low in sodium).
- Add the sauce to the pan where the rest of the ingredients are and mix.
- Serve and enjoy.
