Preparación
- Rinse the liver under a jet of cold water and then place in a medium bowl
- Cover with milk. let stand while preparing the onion. (must be soaked for about 1 hour or two)
- Add the oil and sauté the onion until soft
- Remove water from the liver
- Fry the liver in the pan with butter until they are brownish
- Add the onions and cook for a few more minutes
- Accompany with tortillas and cooked beans. Enjoy!
