Preparación
- Wash, peel and grate the carrot.
- Place raw oats in a pot and twice as much liquid as you put oats. Add the carrot, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and stevia to taste (optional). Stir and cover the pot, cook for 10-15 minutes or until the water has been consumed and the oats and carrot are soft. ***If the water is consumed but the ingredients are not cooked, add water in intervals of 2 tablespoons until it is finished cooking.
- Serve the cooked oatmeal in a deep dish and add the cottage cheese and blackberry on top. Garnish with the unsalted sunflower seeds (optional).
