Ingredientes

Preparación
- Place half of the rice portion indicated in the recipe in a pot (for example, if the recipe says 1 cup cooked rice, add 1/2 cup raw rice) as the rice doubles in size when cooked. Heat the rice for 1 minute, then add twice as much water as you served rice. When the water boils, cover the pot and lower the heat to a minimum and wait for the water to evaporate completely (no need to stir).
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam for 4 minutes. When finished cooking, rinse them in cold water to cut off the cooking.
- Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with 1 tablespoon of low-sodium soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with the previous mixture for 1-3 hrs (the more marinated the better flavor it has). It can be left marinating all night
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and place the sesame seeds and finely chopped onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken with the sauce in the same pan with the onion and cook for 10 minutes, turning the chicken over so that it cooks evenly. Finally add the broccoli and wait a few minutes for it to warm up.
- Serve the rice and orange chicken to the side.
