Preparación
- Cook the tomato in boiling water until the skin begins to peel. Then blend the tomato, onion and garlic with 1/4 cup water. Reserve for later use.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 15 min. or until al dente.
- Finely chop the mushrooms.
- In a frying pan cook the ground meat along with the mushrooms and tomato puree. When the meat is cooked add the tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
- Serve the pasta and top with the sauce or mix the pasta inside the pan with the sauce.
