Preparación
- Break the broccoli into small florets.
- Place water and a pinch of salt in a pot, heat over high heat. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes or as long as indicated on the package. Drain the water, keeping only 1/8 cup of it.
- You can use the boiling water in the pasta to steam the broccoli for 6-8 minutes, or place it in another pot with boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Finely chop the garlic and chicken breast into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and place the garlic. After 1 minute, add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add to the pan the cherry tomato split in half and the cooked broccoli. After 2 minutes add the cooked pasta and 1/8 of cooking water of the pasta. Stir well.
- Serve and garnish with basil and/or oregano leaves.
