Ingredientes

3 slices of onion

Preparación

  1. Cook the pork chop in a skillet with olive oil for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked on both sides. Chop finely.
  2. Boil tomato and onion for 15 minutes. Reserve 1/4 a cup of cooking water and draining the rest. Blend the water, tomato and onion. Add to the skillet on top of the pork chop and mix.
  3. Rinse the rice, then add to a cooking pot with double the amount of water. Cover and boil at medium heat until the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft.
  4. Wash, peel and dice the zucchini, then steam for 10-15 minutes until soft. Add to the skillet.
  5. Serve the pork and veg accompanied by the rice.
