Ingredientes

Preparación

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and pepper. Place the sliced chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally, up to 4 hours.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips
  3. In a large skillet or a cast-iron pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly softened and have some char, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the chicken slices in the pan in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Return the cooked bell peppers and onions to the pan with the cooked chicken.
  6. Heat the tortillas.
  7. Place a scoop of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto a warm tortilla.
  8. Enjoy!
