Preparación
- Cook the chicken breast in water for 15 - 20 minutes. When it's done, shred the chicken

- Add the water with the chicken broth to the blender with the vegetables. Heat a pan and add the sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt and cumin. Leave until it boils
- Preheat the oven to 380º F. Stuff the tortillas with the shredded chicken and make "burritos" or "wraps". Put them in an ovenproof. Add the sauce on top and then shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes
