Preparación
- Chop the apple into small cubes. Reserve the peel but remove the seed.
- Place the oats, chia seeds and milk in a pot. Cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes, then add the apple, almond and cranberries. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, until the oats are soft. If more fluid is needed, you can add water.
- You can add a little stevia if you like and cranberries.
- Serve and enjoy!
