Preparación
- Prepare “oatmeal flour”; place the oatmeal in a food processor or blender and grind until you get the consistency of “flour”.
- Once the oatmeal is made, place the rest of the ingredients; egg, whites and spinach in the blender. Add 2 tablespoons of almond milk or water for better consistency, as well as 1 teaspoon of baking powder and stevia to taste (recommendation 1 on). Blend until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
- Heat a flat pan. When very hot, pour the mixture with a serving spoon. Move the pan in a circular way so that the mixture is thin on the pan. When you notice bubbles forming over the entire surface of the dough, flip with the help of a spatula. Repeat until you finish the mixture.
- Once the hulk pancakes are ready you can add the toppings; 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt without sugar and 2 strawberries in pieces.
