Ingredientes

Preparación
- Blend QUAKER® Oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, banana, baking soda, milk, sugar, and egg yolk in a blender. Set aside the egg white.
- Whip the egg white using a fork, whisk, or electric mixer until it doubles in size. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the previous mixture.
- In a medium skillet, heat a little butter and pour in ¾ cup of the pancake mixture. Cook for 1 minute, then add 1 tablespoon of QUAKER® Oats to the uncooked side. Flip and cook for another minute.
- Top with QUAKER® Oats and fresh fruit for decoration.
