Preparación
- Slice the bell pepper into strips and the mushrooms into slices.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions.
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the bell pepper. After 3 minutes, add the mushrooms and edamame. After 5 minutes, add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts. Cover and turn off the heat.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
- Serve and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro leaves.
