Ingredientes

Parsley

Preparación

  1. Finely chop half of the onion and mix in a bowl along with the meat, chopped parsley and egg, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Form balls with the meat and leave them on a separate plate.
  3. Cut the onion into thin strips and the mushrooms horizontally.
  4. In an oil pan add the onion and mushrooms. After 3 minutes, add the meatballs, cover the pan and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Flip the meatballs so that they cook evenly.
  5. For the rice: Add in a pot a portion of rice and twice the water, garlic and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 20-30 min. If you want it red just blend tomato in water.
  6. Serve with cooked rice.
