Preparación
- In a pot, place the oatmeal and twice the amount of water. Cook over low heat and covered until the oats are soft. You can add cinnamon powder and stevia if you like. Serve the oats and place the peanut cream and chopped strawberry on top.
- Finely chop the onion then place it in a non-stick pan with olive oil and after a few minutes add the egg. Stir for a scrambled egg consistency.
- Serve the egg with oatmeal on the side.
