Preparación
- Cut the steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms into medium squares.
- In a non-stick pan add the onion and after about 2 minutes, add the peppers. When the peppers start to soften, add the meat and when it's close to the end of your preference, add the mushrooms. Cover the pan and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
- Heat the tortillas and add your prepared meat.
- Serve with homemade guacamole, seasoned with pepper, lemon and garlic powder.
