Preparación
- Wash, peel and dice the potato, then boil for 5 minutes. Add the peeled and diced squash and cook for another 5 minutes. Drain the water.
- Cook the minced turkey breast in a skillet with olive oil for 10 minutes. Add the potato and squash, then cook for another 10 minutes. Make sure both the turkey and potato are thoroughly cooked.
- Dice the avocado finely.
- Serve the minced turkey mix in a bowl with the avocado as a side or topping.
- Once served, you may chop it even more if needed.
