Preparación
- Chop broccoli into small florets and dice carrots and zuchinni. Steam for 5 minutes.
- In a pot, bring 2 parts water to a boil for each part of rice. Cook over high heat. Once most of the water has been absorbed and you see holes forming on the surface of the rice, cover and cook over low heat until all the water has been absorbed.
- Dice the chicken and meat.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken and beef, and cook for 8 minutes. Then add the vegetables and continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and some water if needed for consistency.
- Serve the chicken, beef and vegetables over the rice.
